" When I moved into my house in March 2018 the oak wooden flooring was in a very sorry state. It was discoloured and covered in scratches, some of them quite deep, and there were lots of circular marks where in the past someone had done a DIY re-sand and not done a very good job. As I saw it I had two options, I could attempt a DIY re-sand myself or I could call in a professional.
